Lindsey Bernier // Platforms and Embroidery
The word I think of when I think of Lindsey Bernier is unpredictable. You never know what to expect. What you think is a fitting may turn into a break from her self described “bedroom” shoot (as if it’s something everyone does) and a ride home from a shoot could turn into her serenading you with her favorite Glee song. She’s definitely a wild one, but she’s also one of the funnest people to be around and never leaves you without a smile on your face.
When styling her I like to think out of the box, because I want the looks to match her crazy personality, and when I saw these platform boots from Zara, I knew they screamed Lindsey. And I loved them so much they’re featured in another one of her looks as well.
With this look I wanted to really show off the boots, so I went with a pair of cropped flare jeans with some awesome embroidery (I’m obsessed with embroidery). And to tie in the light brown of the shoe I went with a camel coat and a light brown hobo bag to make a neutral look with pops of color in the denim and a white turtleneck to keep the look light and bright.
